73 Schwinn World Voyageur Road Bike Restored Dura AceRrae 1973 schwinn world voyageur road bike. Made in japan.
Meticulously restored for historical accuracy. This is one of the first bikes schwinn imported from japan. This model was only manufactured for one year. 1973. This is a 21in.
(53cm) all 4130 cromoly frame with baeutiful chrome lugs. All stock with some nos parts used durrnig restoration. Nice laluminum alloy araya wheel set. Spokes have been replaced, rims and hubs have been cleaned, polished and buffed. Origional dura ace crank set in excelent condition. Rebuilt bottom bracket with new bearings and grease. Forged suntour gs dropouts with fine tuning adjustment screws. Schwinn approved gt300 deraileur. Brand new chain. Origional schwinn approved bar end shifters. Nos blue bar wrap. New old stock diacompe saftey brake levers. Diacompe center-pull brakes. Gran compe quill stem.
No detail has been spared in this restoration. This is the origional paint wiht a few blemishes where a waterbottle was mounted on the downtube. Some wear no the rear stay caused by a lock.
