Schwinn Starlet 1949 Ladies Beach Cruiser BicycleThis is an all original 1949 schwinn ladies bike. Could also be a meteor or stramliner? Decal isnt presnt on hte chainguard. Serial #f290302. No touch up paint. Rims are s-2 original decent condition, straight and true. Bike rides very well and rtacks straight. Front hub is says schwinn in script and rear is a new departure with a chrome shell and and an oil hole.
Brakes are a littel weak which is common. I prefer local pickup of this bike but can shpi to 48 states for a flat cost of $105.
On sep-30-08 at 080733 pdt, seller added the following informationbike has a complete delta horn unit that isnt shown in the picts. I reinstalled it but was not able to get it to work due to rust on the battery tray.
