Vintage Bicycle Custom Hand Crafted Work Of ArtYuo are bidding on a completely custom built bicycle that is a true piece of art! This bike is very rideable, but would look great in a museum or make a great center piece in a showroom or whatever.
Right now it is ni my living room. I personalyl built the bike as sort of a challenge to myself. I build custom cars for a living and i couldn't afford a car that met my standards, so i decided to build a bike. I now live too far from work to ride it and i hate to see it just sit there.

I will make a wooden crate to ship this in with proper padding. If you are a collector of fine things, this will fit right in. The color is glasurit automotive grey/green gloss. It is a abse coat/ clear coat. The frame is 1 1/2 mild steel 1/8wall tubing. All joints ahve been fish mouthed and precision tig welded. Glassurit epoxy primer was used under the base/clear. This is 26 inch bike with brand new white wall tires. The rims are vintage schwinn style with newly laced stainless spokes. Rims are powder coated satin black along with any other black part on the bike. This is equipped with a three speed sturmey archer rear hub with coaster brake. Handle bars are dyno beach cruiser with custom make bamboo hand grips and aluminum end caps. All chrome is new and was done professionally by sherms custom plating in sacramento, ca. Headlight is not functional, but tail light is. Fenders were originally from a hawthorn, modified to my likings. Chain guard is custom make to keep chain in a constant rac all the time. It has a nylon liner inside that quiets the chain. The only thing you can hear gonig down the road is the front spring squeaking, and the wind in your face. It is fast too.Seat is custom sewn with leather/vinyl mix. There is a shifter on the right side with linkage that goes to the rear. Everything on this is high quality!
