Vintage Elgin 1940S Mens Bicyclewartime OrgpaintThis is a nice vintage mens elgin bicycle it is model 501/163 and its serial number is f 53986 dateing it ot 1940. It is in orginal paint and has most all its orginal parts just missing the rubber blocks on one pedal and the lens on the orginal headlight and rear kickstand. It has ist orginal elgin tag on the front bar and its orginal tag under the seat. It does have some minor dents and dings on the fenders and normal wear you will find on a bike this age it still has its orginal 26 x 2.15 rubber tires but they are rough. It also has both its orginal front and back pin striped matching wheels and side kickstand this bike is in over all ogod condition for its age and once restored it would be a great bike and a great collectors item.
